Town Clerk

The Clerk serves as the link between the Town Council and town residents.

The Office of Clerk for the Town of Tabiona provides clerical, record keeping and administrative functions to the Council. In addition, this individual performs many tasks that assist in guiding and managing the operation of local government policy and law. Below are just a few of the responsibilities of the Town of Tabiona Clerk.

  • Grants parade permits
  • Grants street closures
  • Manages requests to speak to Council
  • Collects information and prepares Council agendas and other information for Council
  • Collects, organizes, and maintains records
  • Records and submits Council meeting minutes
  • Collects payments for select utilities
  • Etc.

The current Town Clerk for the Town of Tabiona is Jenny Giles.  Please feel free to come in and get to know her and express your appreciation for all of her hard work in providing services to the Town of Tabiona.
